| Help: Keyboard Turns Mac Automatically On |
Posted by: alvin777 on 2007-08-07 18:58:55 Hi. My keyboard turns my LC 575 automatically ON even if I don't press the power button. I've tested it with another keyboard and it works ok. Someone had said that the keyboard may be grounded. How do you fix this kind of keyboard problen? I've opened up this Apple keyboard and have cleaned everything, including its membrane but to no avail. I have no way of replacing it where I live. Any suggestions?

Peace,

After opening it up, just do a careful visual inspection and clean if necessary. If the other keys are working fine, then it will probably be an easy fix.
