Can't Leave You Lot Alone For One Second

I go away for a small (three month) break and what happens? You blow the server.

All of that priceless hat information and other general gibberish that I spent many a month working on and now lost for all time. Oh well, best make a start writing some new rubbish.

So what's the general feeling towards some sort of skull fitting garment today? πŸ˜‰

The Hats are still around... but they've eased off a little since you stopped promoting them.

Welcome back. πŸ˜‰

The hats possibly killed the server in the first place, I do remember a thread about a mile long for them!

It's what the public wanted. Jobs announced the new iPhone (or something) and you got 3 replies. Talk about hats and the world and his wife wanted to join in }πŸ™‚

This is some kind of secret kabbalah hat, right?

Hey, I'm still going to read your book, Neil. But because I'm a cheapskate, I'm waiting for it to end up in the bargain bin of abebooks.com. πŸ™‚

Hah. People are throwing out piles of books on eBay and I’m used to paying 95c for the β€˜classics’ in hardback, so paying $30 for a paperback pains my tightwad heart. I will definitely read it at some stage though, even if I have to use my teabags four times instead of the usual three for a week.

I have Asperger's as well so I already know! Your experience with it sounds very different to my own, however – yours sounds a lot more angsty and destructive whereas mine has been playing games of chess against myself and asking β€˜Mummy, why did no-one come to my birthday party?’

β€˜You’re 37 and you’re still calling me Mummy, that ought to be a clue!’ (Boom-tss!)

Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ve just checked my king.

If i had a way of buying stuff online i'd definately get it. I don't have Aspergers, but i've always been one of those people who is...well...a bit "different", so i can sort of relate.

I Also want to read this book, I dont have AS but like LCGuy I am one of the "different" people in this world, so this book sounds very interesting.

Congrats Neil!

Top bloke - I need the cash (and hopefully the book'll be at least as useful as the floppy drive) πŸ˜‰
