| A Desktop Beige G3...With a suprise!!! |

My friend gave me what looked like a plain old Beige G3 with a usb card and an ethernet card. But when I looked at the processor, what did i find, but lo and behold a Sonnet Encore G4 500 MHz Upgrade!!!!!!!! I havent tested it yet, its even missing the top cover, but it just needs some TLC!!! 8) 😛

Well you surely don't want to keep a machine with no top, given that it's not really useable like that and would look seriously ugly...how about I send you my address and you can forward the G4 card to me, and trash the rest? 🙂

Nice find! Sounds like it'll make a killer OS X box, or a very nice OS 9 unit. Depends what you prefer really.

Score! If you can't find a suitable lid (BTW one from any PCI desktop except the 7220/4400 should work) recase the guts into anything you fancy ...
