Picked up a working 7300/200 and a bag of cables. The 7300 came with nothing else. No keyboard etc. The bag had the usual scsi, power cords etcThe odd item was a gray flexible light. At first thought it was the usb kind. Turns out it is adb and plugged it into the back of a 100 series pb.

Switched it on and it worked.

sweet. I have heard rumors about those things. Now I can confirm they do exist. i would love one of those for my B&W, plug it in to the ADB port on the appleDesign KB, and then I would have no use for this desk lamp.

tell me, what kind of bulb does it use? I assume one of those flashlight ones, or possibly an LED?

now to go hunt one of them down...

-digital 😉

ADB ports don't like more then 1 AMP (at 5V I think), so try not to blow them up.

Will get a picture of it up in a couple of days.

I do not know how much power it draws, but the bulb is very small.
