Click on a radio station in the list, then Get Info on it. You cannot right-click like regular songs, so you'll need to do File>Get Info or hit Command-I.

At the bottom of the Summary/Info window will be the URL of the stream. It is VERY long, and contains the code required to find the specific speed stream and also info about the player (iTunes). iTunes does not allow you to highlight and copy the URL, so it is long and tedious to retype it. It has been a while since I have done this, but IIRC, you can type this into a browser, then the real playlist (.pls) file will load. A playlist file is just a text file with one or more URLs for audio streams. I have used playlist files with iTunes and MpegDec.

I have had better luck going to Live365.com or Google, and just searching for the radio station name. From there, you can usually find a playlist (.pls) file that you can download and use like a bookmark.
