Duo 210 screen artifact

Posted by: Byrd on 2017-11-05 12:51:27 It's a common issue in early passive matrix displays - some sort of delamination of the LCD layers/algae?  Not repairable or removed sadly.

Posted by: techknight on 2017-11-05 13:04:06 If you stacked a bunch of stuff on the laptop, its caused by the trackball.  It usually wont show up right away once the pressure is relieved, but it does show up within days.  In storage, I stack all my laptops sideways on the shelf.
