| Posted by: Elfen on 2014-12-07 09:12:00 Your video adapter is set wrong. Make sure that the switches are set for 640 X 480, V-Sync and H-Sync on, and Composite (on green on some adapters) on too. Since there is video, and its not rolling up and down, check the switch for H-Sync and make sure it is turned on. | |
