| measuring capacitor values |
Posted by: falen5 on 2017-06-09 10:16:50 Hi all
Silly simple question. I have a simple meter for reading the values of caps. Question : can i read the value of a cap while it is still in the board , or do I have to unsloder at least 1 leg or does the cap have to be fully removed to get an accurate reading.
heres is the yolk i use for testingĀ
Thanks folks

IF you want to approximate if it works, it's probably okay to leave it in-circuit.
