I recently got a Color Classic and quickly purchased an Ethernet card for it, which is in the mail.
However, today I scored a Performa 550 motherboard off LEM Swap, so I can turn my CC into a CCII!
My question is...can I use the LC PDS Ethernet card with the 550 motherboard or do I have to buy a different Ethernet card?

Yes. The 550 has a LC PDS slot.

Yup, should work perfectly. Anything with an LC PDS slot should take a LC PDS card, baring some sort of other incompatibilities.
