| Wallstreet replacement keys? |
Posted by: EvieSigma on 2017-02-18 20:31:44 I got a Wallstreet today but one key has its rubber dome missing, and replacing the whole key would probably be more effective than trying to get just a rubber dome...
Does anyone either have spare Wallstreet keys or know where I can get some?

I'm guessing there's nothing I can shove in there to fake the rubber dome?

I'm guessing there's nothing I can shove in there to fake the rubber dome? Another donor laptop keyboard of similar size/era should let you replace the dome - cut it out with a scalpel/fine blade and use thin double sided tape to tape it down into the missing space. I've done this before. Another thing to try would be a small piece of foam.

I'm waiting on an AC adapter to make sure the thing works before I make any kind of further investment though. It might end up being a parts machine to upgrade another Wallstreet...
