Does anyone know where you can get this?
AHT 2.5.8 for Mac G5.

Your best best is to look on eBay, LEMSwap, or our very own trading post to see if somebody's got a copy for sale. The forum rules prevent somebody from linking directly to a download.
You may also be able to call Apple and get one, or the employees at the Apple Store may be able to burn or otherwise procure a copy for you. G5s are recent enough, some of the stores may even have some other diagnostics tools and information for the G5s, though you may want to check by phone or on another trip before hauling your G5 in, to save a trip if they don't.
