help! my performa 575 dont work....

My Performa 575 is dont work. but this can turn power on
 
This Performa 575 is not play boot sound
 
So i think logic board is broken.

Yeah, it looks like its is no good. Battery out gassing/caps caused a lot of corrosion. Or possibly environmental. It may be possible to get it working, but it would be a lot of work.

EMZA160ADA470ME61G(47μF 16V) and EMVA6R3ADA101ME55G(100μF 6.3V), maybe there is not problem?

I have noticed that.
when turn power on a two noise.
that is always.
 
first one noise is just power on time.
second noise sounds a little after the first noise.
 
that is always.

Yep, the MC chip is the 040 clock generator, I have seen that circuit fail on more than one occasion from the cap goo. I could recover neither. 

You may be looking for a new board.

i will as far as possible new chip and capacitor replace

if need to new substrate, i ask a contractor or make a circuit diagram
