That 620uF 400V big cap in the Sony SE power supply

Having a bit of a struggle finding a replacement for the big cap in the SE's power supply, Sony version.  I found some 680uF versions on eBay from a Chinese seller, which I assume the power supply protection circuits could handle.  Anyone bought one of these?  Did it work out?

I always use Mouser Electronics.  You can make a free account.  You can buy one capacitor or 1,000.  I think postage is reasonable.

What country are you in?  Mouser has outlets in other parts of the world.

Ah, thanks for that. I see they have several suitable replacements, albeit at 470uF. I'm in the US, so no problem with shipping.

Cheers!

I never could find one with the "exact" footprint for the solder pins, So I drilled a new hole for the second leg and run a wire. Ive done that alot.
