Finder Bus Error?

I got my SE/30 logic board back from Unknown_K today, put it all together, and it was still stripey. It turned out my Ethernet card was bad because it booted up with a bong and everything after I removed it, but this happened. Now, I booted the machine 3 times and this only happened once, but it's got me worried...what causes this error? As you can see, the screen also became intensely garbled, I actually had to wait for the garbling to clear enough to get a somewhat clear image of the error message.

thats an analog board/power supply failure.

The thing is though, it only happened once so far. Does that mean my analog board or power supply is failing or did I somehow cause that?
