anyone have pics or / ever seen a M0401/m1297 monitor on an LC 475?

The case is just a bit different on the LC 475 than earlier models I think and I'd like to find a nice M1212 monitor for mine but I am also curious what the M0401 and M1297 Hi-Resolution RGB Monitors look like on top of them since they seem to be a little easier for me to find and I have even found some good spare parts here and there for them.Anyone have pics or opinions from wha you have seen? I doubt it would look as seamless as the M1299 look son the earl;y LC models.

Sorry for the bad lighting, all the other surfaces are occupied! With/without the extra blade foot, plus flipped on its side in case you want to run MacPortrait 😆

Here you go, was taking a photo in parallel... This is M1297 (dead, unfortunately).

thank you! do you have a more front on photo by chance? You have the same case design as me so I'd like to see how the curves kind of play off each other haha. I wish these sat lower like the M1299 does

Here is more of a frontal view of M1297...

Here’s mine. I’d say it’s correct in the sense that things line up, and it actually gives the same feeling as a IIsi + M1297. It’s a good pairing aesthetically. But it’s not prototypical for two reasons - the LC line really never sold with these, especially not the LC475, which came out after the M1297 was discontinued.

those are extremely helpful! I kind of dig it but it's got just that little but of overhang haha. I may still go that route. Yeah, these were old hat by the time the 475 came out form what I have seen! beautiful setup!

I beleive the Apple Colour Display M1212 was generally the standard display option that shipped with the later autoinject LCIII and the LC475... the ran from around 1992 onwards. The M1212 was a very nice display for the time with its nice bright, clear, semi-flat Trinitron tube, and the case lines perfectly complemented the pizza box form factor. From my experience they were always a quite durable monitor as well... you used to pick them up everywhere in good working condition well into the 2000's and even beyond for next to nothing. Now i cant even remember when i last saw one in the flesh that i didnt already own....
