| DVD version of Tiger for G5 install? | |

Was there no DVD version of the Tiger install disk? Seems kind of weird that Apple wouldn't make one when the G5 was perfectly capable of handling DVDs, but I can't find it anywhere... | |

Maybe I just didn't look hard enough.I'm pretty sure that 10.4.6 DVD is a full installer, not just an update. I have original DVDs of both 10.4.0 and 10.4.6 I can upload if it's not. | |

| Posted by: EvieSigma on 2016-11-15 20:20:26 Well I ended up using the flash drive to bring over the DMGs, though my 10.4.6 DMG didn't install the 10.4.6 update. The 10.4.11 DMG successfully upgraded the G5 to 10.4.11 though. | |
