Apple Daisywheel Printer “refurb”
Posted by: Joopmac on 2026-06-13 10:35:43
Today I stuffed my car with some cool
Items, a9m0050, two daisywheel printers and a plus

Does anybody have experience in freshening up a printer like this?

The cases are in nice shape

I was Wondering if there are RIFA’s Inside, I guess there are. So first I’d like to get these out

Hope the belt inside the printers is not broken. I don't think there's any reasonable replacement.

But - that mouse is an original Lisa mouse! You just lucked into a couple hundred dollars at least!

Yes about the mouse, was just about to say the same.

Really? I don't know the innards of the specific printer, but that sort of thing is usually just a toothed belt - they're a common part in industry and can be ordered by length, tooth pitch and width.

its nice to have some spare a9m0050's 😱 sometimes i feel a bit like polkadot
i will measure the belt - i think there must be some industrial alternatives!
the badge is also cool even if the printers are useless - its pretty hard to get replacement badges for the lisa back panel, it's larger then the 128/512k badge!!
