2016-10-30 Quality of Life changes

Hello 68kMLA,

I've made three changes to the forum software to enhance quality of life, listed below.

1) The session length has been increased from one hour to three days.

2) The number of number login attempts necessary to lock your account has been increased from three to five.

3) Accounts will be locked for ten minutes, automatically unlocking once the interval is over.
