Given where it is failing, I'd check your drives.
Is your SCSI bus correctly terminated?
What happens if you unplug your hard disk and try booting from a CD?

Lol i just did that. The hard drive is the issue. So will reformat and see. Its a lacie drive wont use apple drivers.
