| Posted by: mizerable on 2026-04-21 17:50:12 Hello all, Just curious as to if anyone has ANY idea as to how to install any sort of Linux onto the ANS. I have the Mac OS rom, and intend to see if bootX will do anything, but what I cannot ignore is how there are mentions everywhere of the ANS being able to boot some form on Linux aside from the unix OS AIX. Wikipedia, everymac, some Google answers, all say it's possible, but probably due to this machine being as rare as it is, no guides or anything exists... I have tried to boot netbsd and ydl, which according to the wiki are installable, but no success...didn't even try to boot. Thanks!!! | |
