I bought a non-working M0131. I have a couple good superdrives. Is it a simple swap? I have seen some discussion about pin 9 changing voltages between Mac models. I'd be using it with a SE/30 or IIci. | Posted by: bibilit on 2026-04-08 10:40:48
Yes, just remove the 800k and fit a 1.4Mb, will work.
I have done it with a manual inject also, still have it, a bit tricky to get a disk in, but works and ejects just fine | Posted by: ereuter on 2026-04-08 12:00:44
