How can I tell an ImageWriter II from a II-L?
Posted by: okto on 2026-04-01 11:13:39 I’m looking to trade out my heavy original ImageWriter II for the II-L with a switching power supply. Is there a way to visually tell the difference between the two, so I can tell in online listings which one it is?

I believe this one is the heavy one: https://computers.popcorn.cx/apple/peripherals/printers/imagewriter-ii/imagewriter-ii-02.jpg I have the revised model and the power/serial plugs into the area where the paper is fed into the printer.
