I have a Macintosh Plus with a startup problem. Attached is a movie demonstrating the issue.
What’s been done so far:
* replaced capacitors on the analog and digital boards there was some minor leakage, but nothing damaged
* replaced the roms with freshly burned roms, the original LO rom was definitely bad
* replaced the ram with tested good ram from a reputable seller
* voltage rails are 5.01, 12.11, -12.11 measures at the floppy port
