If you already have the driver installed for the accelerator, my guess is no need for driver. Is that an early Radius 16? |

It came with the plus board and nothing else. I think it is early 16. |

Makes sense, there's no ROM on the accelerator? Mine's for the SE. I recall needing a ROM upgrade for it sometime in the late 1988 timeframe, maybe to support 6.0.8? |

I think the one with the white label are the ROM unless I am mistaken. |
