| Macintosh Classic blank screen but chime |

Hi. I have a Mac Classic fully recapped, both analog and logic board. The logic board is known good. At power on it chimes but screen is black. One more thing. I don’t see the tiny light at CRT cathode. Fan is working. Any ideas ?

Update, I have a low voltage at diode BYT03-300 output, it should be around 38V but I measure 22 |
