| Posted by: davidg5678 on 2026-02-06 21:00:01 Those look like zener diodes to me. I'd try pulling the D909 neighbor diode out of the PCB and measure its characteristics. I'd wager they likely share the same specifications. If you desolder the D920 diode, there might also be some small label on the component body that could help ID it. I wish I had schematics to help you better. | |
