There was a really nice compatibility chart floating around, but I'm having trouble finding that right now.

| Posted by: Elfen on 2016-11-02 08:22:46 Which Apple IIc is it? If its a First Gen Apple IIc (I believe its Model Number 4000), then no. This first gen has no RAM Expansion, so if the label is mission, you need to go in and look at the logic board.
Later model can but it is specific to the drive you put in. In short, you can not put in a Mac drive into an Apple, it has to be an Apple Drive, like from the IIgs.
