is it something rare? I'm not in the G3 really ....

The USB and FireWire PCI cards are aftermarket but the audio/modem “personality card” panel is stock (it’s audio only though, the modem card is not present hence the lack of port). There were upgrade versions with more A/V IO.
Other ports are standard.

Looks pretty normal (but probably useful) to me. Is that two firewire cards?

the one next to the three PCI cards with the audio ports on the back? That's the personality card, which pretty much contains the model-specific I/O.

It doesn’t have the VRAM upgrade card that is nearly unobtainable now, though.

Does the computer function? The plastic case looks to be in good shape - not broken. The plastic tends to get brittle with age.
