| Posted by: BobDaAggie on 2025-11-02 11:00:49 Hello everyone. I purchased a Mac Plus Rominator. I have soldered the parts together but when I install it I get a checkerboard screen. I think that I might have screwed up the ROM chips. What ROM programmer should I purchase to reflash the ROM chips? Here are some pictures of my work. Let me know if you see an issue.    | |

Also is there a file I can use to tone out my board to make sure my solder joints are correct?Gerber files for the Rominator are available, but not the schematics. I would ask the vendor for them. If they can't provide you with schematics, I would be happy to draw them for you from the Gerber files. | |
