| [EU] Quad G5 LCS rebuild, any takers? |

Hi all!
After much haggling In the proud owner of a physically beautiful Quad G5 with original box. The previous owner gave up on the needed repairs.
The G5 turns on - runs for up to 5-15s and then turns off. The famous LEDs on the motherboard show OVERTEMP and CHECKSTOP. No visible leakage and O think can feel both pumps running.
Is there anybody in the EU (or, if non-existent, somewhere else) that offers to refurb the LCS? |

Yup. We’ve done a few but we’re in Xanada though. Not sure how much shipping would cost ya. |

Good to know! I’ll check shipping rates. I assume that I would only ship the LCS system without CPUs, correct? |

Yes. Just make sure to label which proc goes into which slot. Mixing them up can cause problems sometimes. You will also need to run a full thermal calibration from the ESD disk once you’ve replaced the LCS. We can include that disk for you if you’re unable to obtain it yourself. |
