Got together with a couple of my old pals last night and we played some old-school Marathon via LAN like BITD. Well, not quite as we all played it BITD - we played via Aleph One on our MacBook Pro's (although I did use an Apple Pro Keyboard for controls!). Had an absolute blast and we ended up playing until 2:00 AM!
BTW, here's the proper way to end a game after taking a direct missile hit to the torso:
