Powerbook 100 Coil Replacement, 150 µH

I've managed to break the ferrite of one coil for L2 on the logic board.

Would anyone have the specs of it or even a part number from Mouser or Digikey?

Wouldn't any other 150 µH inductor work?
Those joints look like they're cold/not fluxed. They should be smooth and shiny

Should be pretty easy to find a replacement as long as the markings on the top of the part or still readable (or if someone else can post theirs). That will tell us the inductance. Also need to know the lead spacing.

Agree, that's some brittle solder. The rough/dull joints be reflowed with flux.

Looks like a 150µH inductor. You can just filter by that and the measurements in Mouser or Digikey.

Edit: Whoops you already knew it was a 150µH. LOL. Anyway, you'll just want a 150µH the same size.

My approach when working without a schematic like this is to just get the one with the highest saturation current that physically fits and meets any other known specs. If there's an extreme cost difference, just "pretty high" or "higher than average" is probably enough, considering we're dealing with 30+ year newer parts. I like Digi-Key's interface for sorting parametrically for parts like this.

Those inductors are shielded, FWIW.
