I am now troubled by the 4116 DRAM which is easily damaged and difficult to buy. I hope to use 62256 and other easily available SRAM to form at least one row of DRAM for Apple ii. Is there any solution? | Posted by: Arbee on 2025-07-28 10:59:50
I don't know of anyone that's done that, and I'm not sure how SRAM would play along with the way Woz hid the DRAM refresh cycles, but it doesn't mean it's not possible. | | 1 |
