Hello! If you like the Classic Macs Firstclass server and want a BBS of your own, I now offer hosting starting at $15/month. Most of my other offerings are $7/month but FirstClass uses much more resources (largely due to needing a full GUI and not just a text-mode dedicated app) and needs at least 2gb of RAM.
Our "basic" servers come with: 4gb RAM, 80gb SSD, 4 core. The BBS runs inside Basilisk II on a Ubuntu host server and you can connect to it to manage it using VNC (Remmina on Ubuntu preferred).
