I'll be bumping the forum software and underlying stack to their latest versions the weekend of 2025-05-09 through 2025-05-11 in Pacific.

During this time the site will bounce back and forth between being online and offline.

Hello all,

This maintenance period is now complete. Here's what happened during this maintenance:

1) The underlying hosting stack was updated to the latest os/web/php versions.
2) The attachment data was migrated back to local storage from the linode s3 bucket.
3) Forum data was rebuilt in prep for the XenForo update.

Fun facts: the entire site, compressed, is now around 180gb.

The next maintenance period will see an update to the latest version of XenForo and the plugins we use.

Let us know in this thread if you see any issues with the site over the week.
