Posted by: mrpippy on 2016-09-04 15:11:33 I've been wanting to post some pictures of my finds, and thought I would start with my haul from the sale in Orange, CA (see the Craigslist Finds thread).

Posted by: mrpippy on 2017-01-10 16:12:23 Picked up a TiBook battery charger from Goodwill online, even came with a yo-yo power adapter in good shape and a TiBook battery with some capacity! Should be helpful for keeping my handful of TiBook batteries charged up.

3400c, 5300cs, 400 MHz Pismo all in original boxes. All in working condition too, although 5300cs has wrecked hinges. Also got a bunch of software (some in boxes), this came from a former mid-90s Apple employee so there's also some interesting marketing material (Apple Demo Days binder, ARPLE CDs, MacTest Pro)

Posted by: Carboy7 on 2017-01-14 13:41:13 Why do the Californians always get the good stuff? (Don't answer that 😛 )

Posted by: CC_333 on 2017-01-15 10:13:54 I seem to be in a part of California that doesn't get this sort of stuff, which is ironic since I'm within driving distance of Apple HEADQUARTERS!
Maybe I just don't look hard enough....

Posted by: mrpippy on 2018-09-01 00:03:42 I picked up one of the last machines I've been wanting at an estate sale last month--a G4 Cube, with 15" Studio Display. Nothing special specs wise, just the usual 450 MHz with Rage 128 although it has been upgraded to 640 MB of RAM. I love having the whole setup--it just isn't the same without matching monitor and keyboard/mouse!
