Do you have another ADB KB you can try and use to see if that one works? I have a feeling the failure after the recap is just a coincidence. Keep us posted. | |

| Posted by: FerociousMAC on 2024-08-31 11:57:37 Hi guys & gals, Finally had some time to work on this. I had the keyboard out if the case since I was going to recap it my self (haven't done). Once I reassembled it all the keys work now. EDIT: Uggh... 😩 I spoke too soon. | |

Could these 30+ y/o things cause an issue? -No issues with Number Pad. Thx 🤠 EDIT E and W are now working but have to press a bit hard on key. I swapped out serial cable but no change. 🤔 | |
| Posted by: desertrout on 2024-08-31 15:18:17 Wait a tick - ALL of the keys worked right after you reassembled everything? I wonder if you have some persistent corrosion along the chain somewhere; perhaps a liberal application of contact cleaner at all connectors is in order? | |
