If I remove the PRAM battery from my Powerbook 520c will the machine run without issues? |

No different from operating with a dead one. It won’t keep time and date, and you can’t cold boot from the main battery. |

Yes. It will even boot without the ribbon that goes to the trackpad and connect the pram battery (so without the trackpad as well) |

Can confirm, as someone who forgot to plug the trackpad in when reassembling his 540c like an idiot. |
