| Mac SE/30 crackle/thud sound when first playing sounds | |
| Posted by: TjLaZer on 2024-03-23 09:24:19 Hello I just recapped a NOS Mac SE/30 logic board. It was working but the caps started to leak so I did the recap. Sound seemed fine before but was a little low. After the recap the sound works and is now louder, but now I notice a thud/click sound at times. Other times the sound plays fine. Did a demo in Control Panel and on a restart which it does every time. (I notice the sound will crackle/thud on the first play, then if it plays again it's fine) Anyone know what can cause this?
