Posted by: Unknown_K on 2024-02-28 14:36:52 Is it a fixed frequency monitor? |

Is it a fixed frequency monitor? I have no idea. I looked up model # once, couldnt find much info on this particular one. |
Posted by: Unknown_K on 2024-02-28 14:58:47 I have an old boat anchor of a monitor made by Radius that is 20" fixed frequency model with a Trinitron screen from Sony. You connect it using a bunch of BNC cables and it has only one resolution and refresh which my Q950 had no issues with.
Look at the back label and write down what the operating specs are.
For example:
https://web.archive.org/web/19991023092455/http://www.nashville.net/~griffin/monitors/Raste15.html
H Frequency : 60 KHz
V Frequency : 75 KHz
Sync Signal : Separate, Green
Input Connector 5 BNC
Resolution Maximum : 1024x768, 75 Hz
Multisync monitors allow multiple resolutions and will have ranges for allowed sync signals. |

Posted by: imactheknife on 2024-03-03 06:41:04 Any ideas before she goes to ewaste? Filament glows, so there is high voltage. Just doesnt display images. Tried brightness etc. |
Posted by: Phipli on 2024-03-03 07:12:41 You've tried it at multiple resolutions at 75hz refresh rate? |
Posted by: imactheknife on 2024-03-03 07:19:22 Cant even get it to display anything. Tried different computers. So not sure what next. Screen just stays black. |
