You need the video software included on the CD InstallMeFirst for the models. There is video software included on the CD itself for video monitoring and recording. |

As a matter of fact, I just checked it. They are located within the "Apple Extras" folder on the root level of the CD. |

I have a Quadra 840av that dont show picture, know and working screen. HDD starts and cd opens but no screen. It is recaped. |

No chime Inspect the whole board for loose legs, weak solder joints. The 840av boards are prone to it. |
