I suppose it likely would if there's an ARM64 Linux binary available? If not, I would think it's possible to compile such a binary form source, but I don't know how straight forward that would be.

Raspberry PIs all run 32-bit ARM OSs (my PI 2, 3 and 5 all run the 32-bit OS).
