Silk screened text on IIc
Posted by: Powerbook27364 on 2024-01-08 12:39:42
I know this is a weird request, but can anyone with a IIc take measurements for me on the width and height of all the silkscreened text on the computer itself? I am no longer in the country where my IIc is as I painted it over my Christmas break from university and have since returned to university. I recently painted my IIc and want to use clear stickers to replace the text on the computer. "power", "disk use", "IIc", "80/40", "keyboard" are the texts I am trying to recreate on stickers.

Got you bud...
Power is 10.2mm length 2.8mm height (except p which is 3.7mm total length)
Disk use is 12.4mm wide 2.8mm height(d and k are 3.7mm)
Keyboard is 14.5 length 2.8mm height (k, y, b, and are 3.7)
80 / 40 is 11mm length and 3.9 height on the 80 and the 40 with the \ dipping below the numbers with a total length of 4.8mm
As accurately I could surmise with the terrible shadows in my room. 😁
