Quadra 610 Part out

Posted by: Syjeklye on 2023-11-19 10:58:09 I picked up a Quadra 610 locally. Opened it up and there was lots of rust and corrosion from an exploded battery. There are a bunch of just gone components from the logic board near where the battery was. There are a lot of perfectly clean parts however and want to see if anyone needs anything. Case is a little roughed up and the steel chassis and RF shield on the top case have all the rust. Gonna sell stuff cheap, you pay shipping, obviously heavier things will cost more to ship.

Posted by: Syjeklye on 2023-11-29 14:44:16 HD sounds like it's working. I can't test it since I don't have any other machine that can read SCSI drives. Sounds the same as a similar PATA drive I have. CD Drive powers up, but I don't have a caddy for it. PSU is very clean. Powers up drives and shows right voltages when I use my multimeter. If it all fits in the Medium Flat Rate box, it's minimum $78 US to ship.
