Long shot question, but would anyone happen to have either the Sound-Trecker drivers by Frank Seide OR Antoine Rosset's Player Pro drivers along with the code examples that were packed in the development kits?
I managed to find the Player Pro SDK, but it's for much later OS then I'm developing for.
I'm using CodeWarrior on System 7.5.5 on an SE/30 and Colour Classic (Mystic 040) to develop a small game I'd like to have background music in (mostly for learning). 🙂
I keep reading about these drivers and code examples in various vintage programming resources, but of course, the FTP sites referenced to download them are long gone.
Cheers for any help!
Take care

Don't know if that'll help or not. | Posted by: DW1992 on 2023-11-21 17:57:03 Hi olePigeon,
Cheers for the reply and the links. Greatly appreciated!
I'd seen a few of those resources, but the one PlayerPro site is new to me, just need free time to experiment with the source now. lol 🙂
The Sprite Animation Toolkit references these two packaged and specifically, C drivers 'readily available on FTP sites' that no longer exist.
If I manage to get this working I'll post up a 'how to' for the community.
Thanks again!
Take care
