My monitor does not light up the green LED when powered on. There is an audible whine that is probably lower frequency than what a CRT monitor typically makes since I don't think I can easily hear up to that frequency any longer. So I am guessing the power supply circuitry needs to be fixed. Is anyone familiar with this type of issue for this monitor and have any suggestions on what to look for to fix it?
