Case for Macintosh colour classic
Posted by: ippopippo321123 on 2023-09-11 07:26:03 Hi everyone, I've been reading this forum for so long, but now (unfortunately for me) I have to post a thread. I am from Italy and I've found an old Mac Colour Classic with its box, floppies and a Stylewriter II in a basement near my house. I took it out of the box and found that someone tried to use a screwdriver to "unlock" the volume/brighteness buttons (maybe they were stucked in). So now I have a perfectly working Mac Colour Classic with a scratched case. I tried to find smth here in Italy but there is nothing that can suit me, and also I've searched in ebay. com / ebay. co. uk / Craigslitst / Marketplace but found nothing. I was wondering if some of you has a front case to sell me for my Mac in order to bring it new. Also my problem is the shipping process to Italy, I don't know if there are extra taxes ecc... Or maybe someone can give me some indications in order to try to remove all the scratches from the case. So, thanks for your support and I apologies for my bad english (I'm a 19 year old still at school).

Maybe the biggest problem is not finding a case, but a seller that accepts shipping to Italy. Btw can't find Tin Nguyen on Facebook.

I found a CCII case on there this morning, but the price is a little steep.
