RasterOps ClearView II, it's a display card.

Looks to be greyscale 1024x768.

That would have been one of the first cards for DTP-use on a 20+" monitor on a Mac II onwards.
The RasterOps drivers can be found here:
For System 6
For System 7.x

Thank you. What kind of monitor can I use with this card? I have apple 2 and apple 3 composite monitors. And 14” color plus on the way.

It very much depends on the refresh rate, I should think.
It was almost certainly made with a specific monitor in mind from RasterOps.
You could try an old 4:3 LCD monitor and see what luck you have. I like the ones from Eizo.
Try looking up PDFs of old Mac magazines from 1988-1989 and look for reviews of this particular card.

This Reddit-thread came up when I did a search for it:

The RasterOps site on archive.org may only yield worthwhile results:

Oh dear, it's Monochrome TTL, i.e black and white and high voltage. I'd just find another card.

You'd need to make a custom adapter.

I am going to use the main board video output port. I was just curious what this was. Now the question is this card rare? Worth collecting?
