Where to buy RAM for old Macs?

Posted by: codingitwrong on 2023-08-13 10:28:44 (I apologize if I've missed an obvious place to find the answer to this.) Where's a good place to buy RAM for old Macs? It seems like the SDR 168-pin SDRAM in my Twentieth Anniversary Mac has notch positions that don't correspond to most of the RAM I can find for sale online. Wikipedia says: > The first notch is the DRAM key position, which represents RFU (reserved future use), registered, and unbuffered DIMM types (left, middle and right position, respectively). The second notch is the voltage key position, which represents 5.0 V, 3.3 V, and RFU DIMM types (order is the same as above). If I'm reading it in the right direction, the TAM RAM is registered 5.0 V:

Posted by: ArmorAlley on 2023-08-13 10:38:25 I reckon that this site is good place to find RAM for a TAM. There certainly were some sites online which sold RAM for old Macs but I think that they have closed down. Memoryx.com was my go-to site but that was 10 years' ago.
