dead as usual. I read about various adapters etc. but if i would build something by myself? Is possibile to have the pinout of the connectors?

If you talk to uniserver at macapps.com he has made cables to go to regular scsi hard disks, which would also allow aztec monsters and such to be used to save even more power when using battery.

I have a working spare 40mb disk and I also make a better 34-pin to SCSI convertor. I thought the design of the current adapter kinda sucked so I made my own, here's mine:

Do you think this is correct? http://antinode.info/mac/port_scsi.html

Is it possible to modify the cable without making a pcb?

Sure you can, it's just cleaner to have pcb.
